Do you accept customer orders?No. At this time we are not able to take on any custom orders. However, in an effort to fulfill specific customer requests I will, in the future, list "Custom Order" listings as a stock item in the shop. This new shop item will allow customers to pre-purchase a desired colourway without waiting for its eventual arrival in the shop.
Do I get the exact braid in the listing?The fiber in the photo may not be the exact braid you receive, but it is from the same dye-lot featured in the photograph.
Are the colors in your photographs accurate?Every effort has been made to capture our colorways as accurately as possible. Please note that color representation may vary from monitor to monitor.
What forms of payment do you accept?We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?No. At this time we do not offer wholesale pricing.
Do you collect sales tax?Yes. But only from the residents of New York State. Upon checkout a four percent sales tax will be added by PayPal.
What is your exchange / return policy?All items are photographed as accurately as possible, but as computer monitors differ, some colour variation may occur. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note - Items MUST be returned in original condition - yarn in the original hank, fiber unstripped. Upon receipt of the returned item we will process a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us to receive an RMA for return requests.

How long will delivery of my order take?Unless it is a festival weekend, or a delay is specifically noted in the listing, orders are shipped the next business day. Customers may experiance a delay in shipping the weekend of the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival in May and again in October during the New York State Sheep and Wool Festival. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing. .
